Homemade pizza has become a bit of an obsession for Jason lately. He has always liked to make homemade pizza on Sunday nights–a tradition he has carried on from his childhood. So, since we have it so often, we decided to invest in a pizza stone and a pizza peel and “do it right” as Jason says. He finally got his pizza peel delivered today, so guess what we had for supper? Yep, homemade pizza. I even decided to make some fresh pizza dough in my breadmaker–so it was truely a “homemade” pizza….and boy did it taste good–much better than any restaurant pizza! Anya even got in on making the pizza…she thought it was pretty fun (and we have the flour everywhere to prove it )
