This morning Anya had another eye check up (she has them every 2 months right now) and for the first time in over a year, we finally got a good report! The vision in her right eye (which is her weak eye) has finally improved–it went from 20/60 to 20/50 since our last visit in August! Now, we realize this is a small improvement and that we still have a ways to go to get to the goal of 20/20, but hey, at least we are headed in the right direction! Anya has became a lot more cooperative about wearing her patch in the last few months which I am sure is what has made all the difference. So, we are to continue patching everyday for a goal of 6-8 hours per day and we will see how things are going in December!

Oh, and while I am writing about good things, I just have to add that Josiah slept from 9pm-7:30am last night—-wow did that feel good!
