    FOR ICE CREAM!!!!

    ice cream mess!

Anya had her first stab at an ice cream drumstick and it would be putting it mildly to say she enjoyed it! Jason’s Uncle Kenny & Aunt Brooke and their 3 kids, Tanner, Katelyn & Allie, were in town this weekend for an event at the state fair and they joined us for supper last night. Well, for desert we enjoyed ice cream drumsticks and, as you can see, Anya made the most of the fact she got one all to herself!

Anyways, it was fun seeing Kenny, Brooke and the kids and Anya had a great time playing with the girls. Anya has had so much company lately, she looks around every morning wondering who is going to be here next??!!

Here are a few more pictures of her latest shennanigans!

    Papa in town!

    Magic Carpet Ride

We were lucky enough to have Papa Jim in town all week to help us with some projects around the house and (most importantly) spoil Anya. As you can see from the above picture, they had a good time. Such a good time in fact, that Anya didn’t want to go to bed last night until after 11:30pm…..I wonder if that had anything to do with the 4 hour nap her Papa let her take in the afternoon?

  • Ground Hog Day is Tomorrow…are you prepared?

Did everyone remember tomorrow is Ground Hog Day? It has been hard to forget around here as Jason, in true Jason fashion, has taken a keen interest in something the rest of us barely take time to notice. We got to talking about Ground Hog day while eating lunch the other day and it sparked us to do alittle looking into what it is all about. So, here a a website we got some great info about the history of Ground Hog Day, the famous “Punxsutawney Phil” and what it means if he does/doesn’t see his shadow. All I know is I am hoping for a cloudy day tomorrow in Pennsylvania!
