8 months old!
Well, today marks Anya’s 8-month birthday! Holy cow! Just thinking of the new things she has learned in the last month..it is amazing! And, I know we are only just getting started!
Was a pretty happy weekend around here with the Hawks big win of the Big 10 tournament. Jason got to watch plenty of college basketball and Anya seemed to enjoy it too. She was clad in black and gold most of the weekend….usually what happens when daddy is in charge of wardrobe!
Anya had a rough night last night…we knew she didn’t feel good as she couldn’t get comfortable sleeping and was awake about every 20 minutes or so. So, went to the Dr this morning and she has another ear infection. Thankfully, she started to perk up this evening and seems to be feeling alittle better. Hopefully she has a better night tonight…mom and dad need it as much as she does!
Well, on that note, think I am going to hit the hay. Here are a few pictures of Anya in honor of her 8 month birthday!

What a difference a month can make. She gets cutier every time. Looks like she is doing good. Anymore teeth. Just wait till she starts to crawl.Something like you wait for the first year to walk and the next 16 to be still. Also with talking. Enjoy each day Gram O.
Cant believe it has been 8 months-just think of the things she has learned already. Just to warn you Anya – Papa Jim is heading your way, he will be watching you tonight so get rested up for alot of dancing, and teasing. She is such a cutie–those pig tales!! After talking to you this morning, I am glad she is feeling better, those ears can really cause fits, and I don’t know why they always seem to flare up at night. Hope you guys have a good day.
